Full Job Description

Job Summary

Alabama Medical Group is seeking a dynamic and proactive part-time Marketing Coordinator to join our innovative marketing team. In this role, you will drive the development and execution of digital and print marketing , manage content creation, and optimize online presence across multiple channels. Your energetic approach will help elevate brand visibility, engage target audiences, and support our overall marketing objectives. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to impactful campaigns while honing your skills in a fast-paced environment.

Duties

Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies, including advertising campaigns across platforms such print, digital, and social media formats.
Create and manage website and print content for a busy multi-specialty medical practice.
Support community outreach programs, educational events, and strategic partnerships.
Manage AMG's online reputation, including provider profiles, business listings, and online reviews.
Maintain AMG's brand standards and ensure consistent messaging across all platforms.
Oversee public relations, media communications, newsletters and organizational publications.
Coordinate and execute social media advertising campaigns to increase engagement and brand awareness across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and others
Help produce and design visually appealing graphics for ads, social media content, and website assets.
Support employee and company including employee engagment and appreciation as well as company wide marketing initiatives.
Conduct keyword research and implement best practices to improve organic search rankings and increase website traffic.
Track digital campaign performance using analytics tools; prepare detailed reports to inform future marketing efforts.
Support administrative team in all company wide marketing initiatives and efforts.

Skills and Qualifications

Excellent copywriting skills paired with creative thinking for engaging content development.
Ability to analyze data trends through analytics tools to refine marketing tactics continuously.
Previous experience in marketing in the healthcare field a plus.
Excellent writing, editing, organizational, analytical, and project management skills.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing preferred; Business, Communications, or a related field accepted.
