Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our team in daily operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong clerical skills and a customer-focused attitude, ensuring smooth office management and effective communication. This role is essential in maintaining an efficient work environment, managing schedules, and providing exceptional support to both staff and clients.

Duties

Perform clerical duties such as filing, data entry, and document preparation.
Provide customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Assist in office management tasks including inventory control and supply ordering.
Manage calendars for team members, scheduling appointments and meetings effectively.
Utilize time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Serve as a medical receptionist when necessary, handling patient information with confidentiality.
Operate front desk responsibilities, greeting visitors and directing them appropriately.
Maintain phone systems, ensuring calls are answered professionally and routed correctly.
Utilize computerized systems for record keeping and communication.

Skills

Strong clerical skills with attention to detail.
Excellent customer support abilities with a friendly demeanor.
Proficient in office management practices.
Effective calendar management skills to coordinate schedules efficiently.
Exceptional time management capabilities to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
