Practice Physical Therapy the Way It Was Meant to Be Practiced
Many Physical Therapists begin their careers excited to make a difference, only to find themselves working in environments built around packed schedules, productivity pressure, and limited patient time.
Grelot Physical Therapy offers a different experience.
You will treat patients one-on-one during 40-minute appointments, giving you the time to:
- Perform thoughtful and thorough evaluations
- Understand each patient’s needs, goals, and concerns
- Apply hands-on treatment techniques
- Educate patients about their condition and recovery
- Progress treatment based on individual response
- Build trust and meaningful patient relationships
- Deliver care you are proud to stand behind
You will not be expected to follow a one-size-fits-all treatment model.
Our Physical Therapists are trusted to think critically, ask questions, collaborate, and make confident clinical decisions based on what each patient truly needs.
Grow With Mentorship, Support, and Real Clinical Experience
Starting your career should not mean being handed a full caseload and expected to figure everything out alone.

You will have the space to ask questions, receive feedback, and continue developing without feeling rushed through the process.
For experienced Physical Therapists, this role offers the opportunity to practice with greater autonomy, contribute ideas, and become an important part of the clinic’s continued growth.
