We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Restaurant General Manager to lead our dynamic team at LOST Pizza Co. In this pivotal role, you will oversee daily restaurant operations, ensure exceptional customer service, and maintain a vibrant, efficient environment. Your leadership will drive team performance, uphold food safety standards, and foster a welcoming atmosphere that keeps guests coming back. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated professional passionate about the food industry and hospitality management to make a significant impact.

Responsibilities

Manage all aspects of restaurant operations, including staffing, training, and supervising team members to deliver outstanding service.
Oversee food preparation, cooking, and food handling procedures to ensure quality and safety standards are met consistently.
Utilize POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for order processing, cash handling, and sales reconciliation.
Control inventory levels through effective stock management and ordering to minimize waste and maximize profitability.
Lead shift management by coordinating staff schedules, supervising daily activities, and ensuring smooth service flow during busy hours.
Train staff on food safety practices, customer service excellence, and operational procedures to foster a high-performing team.
Conduct regular profit and loss analysis to monitor financial health and implement strategies for revenue growth.
Uphold hospitality standards by creating a positive environment for both guests and team members while maintaining compliance with food safety regulations.

Skills

1-2 Years Experience in Full Service restaurant management with a strong background in food preparation and cooking.
Proficiency with POS systems including Aloha POS and Micros POS; capable of handling cash transactions accurately.
Proven track record in inventory control, food safety management, and managing kitchen operations effectively.
Demonstrated leadership in supervising teams, training staff, and managing hospitality teams within casual dining or similar environments.
Strong managerial skills in local store marketing to the community
Ability to analyze profit & loss statements, manage budgets, and implement cost-control measures.
Excellent customer service skills with a focus on creating memorable guest experiences in a fast-paced setting.
Knowledge of food industry standards including food safety protocols, catering experience, bar experience, and banquet operations is preferred.
