Walker Healthforce is seeking a Senior Analyst, Enterprise Risk Management with 8+ years of enterprise risk management, management consulting, financial services, or related experience to support and execute enterprise risk management initiatives, enterprise-wide risk assessments, regulatory reporting, and executive-level risk governance activities. This is a Contract opportunity.

Hours/Schedule: Monday-Friday, 40 hours

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Risk Management, or related field
- 8+ years of experience in enterprise risk management, management consulting, financial services, or a related discipline
- 7+ years in senior enterprise-facing roles requiring independent judgment, influence, and execution
- Demonstrated experience leading enterprise-level assessments and collaborating with senior leadership
- Strong analytical, project management, communication, and organizational skills
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Ability to translate complex enterprise risk information into actionable insights for executive leadership
- Associate in Risk Management (ARM), Certified Risk Manager (CRM), or other applicable risk management certifications
- Master's degree in Business Administration or another advanced degree
- Experience using Generative AI tools and willingness to expand those capabilities
- Execute and maintain enterprise risk management processes, methodologies, and assessment tools
- Lead enterprise risk assessments and evaluate governance, operational effectiveness, and enterprise capabilities
- Coordinate the annual enterprise risk assessment process across business units
- Manage the annual Own Risk and Solvency Assessment (ORSA) process, including regulatory submission activities
- Prepare enterprise risk reporting and executive-level presentations for leadership and Board committees
- Facilitate enterprise risk governance meetings and document key decisions and action items
- Partner with Internal Audit, Compliance, Finance, Actuarial, and other business stakeholders to support enterprise risk initiatives
- Provide enterprise risk expertise and guidance to senior business leaders
- Represent the organization in external enterprise risk management forums as assigned
