Due to continued growth and increasing client demand, we are seeking an accomplished Family Law Associate Attorney who is ready to step into a meaningful litigation role handling sophisticated family law matters from inception through trial.

What You'll Do
- Manage family law matters from initial filing through settlement, evidentiary hearings, and trial.
- Develop litigation strategy and exercise sound independent judgment.
- Draft persuasive pleadings, motions, declarations, discovery, settlement agreements, and other legal documents.
- Conduct legal research and develop creative legal solutions.
- Appear regularly before the Orange County Superior Court for hearings, trials, and other proceedings.
- Counsel clients through emotionally complex matters with professionalism, empathy, and confidence.
- Collaborate closely with attorneys, paralegals, and support staff to deliver exceptional client service.
- Maintain accurate billing and case management records.
What We're Looking For
- Active membership in good standing with the California State Bar.
- Seven or more years of dedicated California family law experience.
- Significant courtroom and litigation experience.
- Confidence managing cases independently while collaborating with a team.
- Exceptional written and oral advocacy skills.
- Excellent client communication and relationship-building abilities.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- A commitment to professionalism, integrity, and outstanding client service.
Preferred Qualifications
- Certified Family Law Specialist (CFLS) designation or eligibility.
- Experience handling high-net-worth or otherwise complex family law matters.
- Familiarity with Orange County Superior Court procedures and judicial preferences.
