Full Job Description

Summary: Seeking a Senior Mechanical Designer with expertise in Creo software and mechanical design for industrial machinery and equipment.

Requirements:
BS preferred; associates with experience considered
7-10 years of mechanical design experience
Proficiency in Creo software, version

5.0 or newer preferred - Engineering experience in capital equipment or industrial machinery

Preferred Skills:
Familiarity with Windchill or other PDM systems
Experience in structural steel design, weldments, industrial motion systems, and mechanical power transmission
Responsibilities:
Design welding and assembly positioners, jigs, and fixtures
Study specifications, blueprints, tool orders, and shop data
Collaborate with engineering and shop personnel to resolve design issues
Create preliminary sketches and detailed layout drawings
