We are a Growing and Stable Company, Looking for a Highly Motivated and Trained Lead Installer. We are located in Pensacola, Florida, and serve the FL/AL.MS/LA Gulf Coast.
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Granite/Marble Installer who will be responsible for managing and overseeing residential and commercial installations.
Pay is Based On your Experience and Skill Set.
Will Help with Relocating to the Pensacola Area if Needed.

Key Responsibilities in a Lead Installer:
· Problem Solving Skills: Be able to handle problems that arise on job sites and work through to finish the job completely to our Standards and the Customers Satisfaction.
· Team Leadership Skills: Lead and Supervise an Installation Team, Providing Guidance, Training, and Support to Maximize Productivity and Maintain our High-Quality Workmanship.
· Great Communication: With Customers, Management and the Sales Reps.
· Quality Assurance: Being able to Inspect the Job Site/Project Once Completed to Ensure and Verify Compliance with Specifications, Quality Standards and Industry Regulations.
· Installation Expertise: Utilize your Comprehensive Knowledge of Different Material, Such as Granite, Marble, Quartz and Solid Surfaces to Accurately Measure, Cut and Install. Ensuring a Precise Fit and Finish.
· Client Interaction: Interact Professionally with Clients, to Understand their Specific Requirements, Address Concerns, and Provide Expert Advice on Material Selection, Maintenance, and Care.
Key Requirements in a Lead Installer:
· Extensive Experience in Installation along with the Materials we Use.
· Technical Proficiency in Using a Wide Range of Tools, Cutting Tools, Adhesives and Sealants.
· Attention to Detail.
· Ensuring Accurate Measurements, Cuts and Installations.
· Strong Leadership Skills and Team Management Abilities.
· Customer Focused with Excellent Interpersonal and Communication Skills.

Pay: $19.00 - $25.00 per hour
