This is a full-time position 35-40 hours per week. Monday-Friday. Timing is Immediate.

Executive and Sales Assistant to CEO handles a wide range of administrative and executive support-related tasks, with the ability to work independently with little or no supervision. She or he must be a highly resourceful team player who is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, with all levels of internal staff, as well as outside clients, while remaining flexible, proactive, and efficient. The ability to exercise good judgment in a variety of situations, with strong written and verbal communication, administrative, and organizational skills, and the ability to maintain a realistic balance among multiple priorities. Discretion and confidentiality are of the utmost importance.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Email franchise accounts to build new relationships
Heavy Account Management and Follow-Up Email Work
Email follow-up on sent proposals
Manage 250-300 accounts per day
Main responsibility is to log the CEO's email correspondences and follow up sales emails
Answer multi-line telephones in a professional, friendly manner, route and source calls appropriately
Send contracts to clients
CRM updates
Lead delivery to clients
Response email work
Accept, sign for and distribute incoming employee mail as well as packages from messenger/courier services
Greet visitors in a professional and friendly manner
Maintain and restock office supplies
Assist with other projects as needed
Maintain a professional front office appearance at all times
Other duties may be assigned

Desired Competencies:

Must be able to type 60wpm
EXCELLENT writing skills
Exceptional interpersonal communication and customer service skills
Ability to communicate effectively via email, orally, and in written form with co-workers, clients, and employees
Multi-line telephone experience
Multi-tasking ability
Works well in a fast-paced environment
Excellent attention to detail
Intermediate computer skills (Mac and PC)
Proficient using Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Ability to follow instructions and procedures
Experience sorting/distributing, sending, receiving/logging mail and packages, including sensitive and urgent materials

Desired Education/Experience:

Associates Degree or higher
1-2 years' experience in sales, advertising, marketing, administrative assistant, or customer service preferred

Work Authorization: Must be able to verify identity and employment eligibility to work in the U.S.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary/Pay: $20.00 per hour + commission + bonus

Qualified candidates will be required to pass a background check.
