Hotel Monroe is seeking a Content & Social Media Manager to lead our social media presence and create engaging content that showcases our hotel, events, restaurant offerings, and guest experiences.
This hands-on role combines graphic design, content creation, social media management, and mobile photography/video content to help tell the story of Hotel Monroe.

Bring Our Story to Life
Hotel Monroe is seeking a creative, energetic, and highly motivated Content & Social Media Manager to lead the visual storytelling and social media presence of one of Monroe's premier hospitality destinations.
We're looking for someone who is creative, organized, and passionate about content creation. The ideal candidate enjoys creating graphics, capturing engaging photos and videos, writing compelling social media content, and helping showcase the daily experiences that make Hotel Monroe unique.
What You'll Do
As our Content & Social Media Manager, you'll be responsible for creating and managing content that drives awareness and engagement for Hotel Monroe.
Content Creation & Social Media
- Manage the hotel's social media presence across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, and other platforms.
- Develop and execute a monthly content calendar.
- Create engaging posts, stories, reels, and videos.
- Monitor engagement and respond to comments and messages as appropriate.
- Track performance metrics and identify opportunities for growth.
Graphic Design
- Design professional marketing materials including social media graphics, event promotions, digital advertisements, flyers, brochures, hotel signage, recruitment materials, sales collateral, and restaurant promotions.
- Maintain consistent visual standards across all platforms.
Content Creation
- Capture engaging photo and video content throughout the hotel using smartphones and readily available content creation tools.
- Create and edit short-form videos, reels, stories, and social media content.
- Highlight hotel amenities, events, food & beverage offerings, team members, and guest experiences.
- Assist departments with content needs for promotions and special events.
What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in social media management, graphic design, content creation, marketing, or a related field.
- Strong portfolio showcasing graphic design, content creation, and social media content.
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and video editing software.
- Experience managing business social media accounts.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple projects and deadlines.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications
- Hospitality, hotel, tourism, restaurant, or lifestyle brand experience.
- Experience with Meta Business Suite and social media analytics platforms.
- Experience creating engaging social media content and campaigns.
