Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Part-Time Social Media Content Creator & Marketing Assistant to join our vibrant mental wellness brand. This role offers an exciting opportunity to craft compelling content, elevate our online presence, and connect authentically with our community. You will be instrumental in developing engaging social media campaigns, managing digital marketing strategies, and supporting brand growth through creative media and analytics. This paid role provides valuable experience in digital marketing and social media management within a supportive and innovative team.

Responsibilities

Develop and curate engaging content across various social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and Twitter to promote mental wellness initiatives.
Manage social media accounts using tools like Hootsuite or Buffer, scheduling posts and monitoring engagement.
Conduct social listening to gauge community sentiment, identify trending topics, and respond thoughtfully to audience interactions.
Design eye-catching graphics and videos using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) for campaigns, stories, and posts.
Implement SEO strategies and perform keyword research to optimize content visibility online.
Analyze social media metrics and marketing performance data using Google Analytics and platform-specific analytics tools to refine strategies.
Support public relations efforts by crafting press releases, managing relationship management activities with influencers or partners, and assisting with media outreach.
Assist in planning and executing Facebook Advertising campaigns aimed at increasing awareness and engagement.
Monitor digital marketing performance through media editing tools and web analytics to ensure continuous improvement of content marketing efforts.
Contribute to branding initiatives by maintaining consistent messaging across all channels while supporting e-commerce activities when applicable.

Skills

Proven experience with social media management platforms such as Hootsuite or Buffer.
Strong graphic design skills utilizing Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Adobe Creative Suite.
Knowledge of social media analytics tools including Google Analytics for tracking campaign success.
Familiarity with SEO best practices, keyword research, and digital marketing performance monitoring.
Ability to create compelling content through writing, photography, video editing, and media editing tools.
Excellent communication skills for engaging audiences across diverse social platforms while maintaining a positive brand voice.
Experience with Facebook Advertising or other paid social media campaigns is a plus.
Strong relationship management skills for collaborating with team members, influencers, or external partners.
Ability to analyze marketing data effectively to inform future content strategies.
Passion for mental health advocacy combined with a creative mindset eager to innovate within the digital space.
