We can teach electrical work. We can’t teach attitude. Attitude is king here. We work hard, laugh often, and believe having fun and doing great work belong together.
You’ll probably love it here if you like working hard, laughing, learning, asking questions, staying involved, and going home knowing you accomplished something. Your phone can be an incredible tool for learning at work. Everything else it can do? We know all about that too. Save that for home.
You’ll probably hate it here if your perfect job is doing the minimum, blending into the crowd, waiting for someone to tell you every move, or watching the clock until it’s time to leave.
Electrical work means tools, ladders, tape measures, fractions, problem-solving, and using your head. You’ll make mistakes. You’ll learn from them. You’ll get better.
Most days are a new adventure. One day you might be in an attic holding a flashlight and learning how a circuit works. The next, you could be changing lighting in some of the nicest homes, restaurants, or hotels in the area. You never really know what the next day will bring. One thing is certain: there will always be an opportunity to take pride in what you did and make a difference while doing it.

A valid driver’s license, professional appearance, dependability, and the ability to work in a drug-free workplace are required.

- Name 3 things that you want to learn. How do you plan on learning those?
- Some people go home each day tired from dodging responsibilities. Others go home tired from picking up the slack of others. What has been your experience in this example? How did you feel?
- How can the team be better because you are on it? What is it about you that makes the team better?
