Inside Sales Agent
Harrison Lilly Realty | 1309 Louisville Ave, Monroe, USA

Join Harrison Lilly Realty as an Inside Sales Agent and become a vital part of our dynamic real estate team. In this role, you will engage with prospective clients, nurture leads, and support our agents by driving sales opportunities from initial contact through to closing. This position offers a fast-paced, rewarding environment where your communication skills and sales acumen will directly contribute to the growth and success of our company. Responsibilities

Respond promptly to inbound leads and inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels
Qualify and nurture potential buyers and sellers to set appointments for real estate agents
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and lead status in the CRM system
Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective lead generation strategies
Follow up consistently with prospects to build relationships and move them through the sales funnel
Provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive experience for all clients
Assist with administrative tasks related to sales activities and client management as needed

Qualifications

Proven experience in inside sales, preferably within the real estate industry
Strong knowledge of real estate market trends and terminology
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
Ability to build rapport quickly and maintain long-term client relationships
Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
Highly motivated with a results-driven approach and strong organizational skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
Real estate license or willingness to obtain one is a plus
Familiarity with lead generation and qualification techniques
Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls and managing inbound inquiries
Strong negotiation and closing skills
