Earn from $41,600 to $62,400+/year! (based on exp/skill)

STRONG Customer Service Skills are REQUIRED
Administrative Dealership Office/Title Clerk Experience is Preferred
F&I Experience with Outside Financing Companies
Call Center/Internet Sales Experience is a PLUS
Collections or Payment Processing Experience is a Plus

As a Customer Service/Sales Advisor Your Responsibilities include but are NOT Limited to:

Assisting multiple departments in daily duties as needed
Processing payments for customers in a timely and efficient manner as needed
Efficiently making calls & handling inbound calls, assisting customers with their inquiries via the website, social media, as well as customer walk-ins to ensure customer satisfaction and retention of business
Managing customer information in the company CRM
Using multiple methods of communication such as email, telephone calls, texts, and mailings, to follow up with customers regarding their account
Completing any required paperwork and documentation with accuracy in accordance with company guidelines
Maintaining a balance between customer policy and customer benefit in decision making
Communicating with multiple departments, escalating complex issues to the specific department supervisor/manager for resolution

Ideal Customer Service/Sales Advisor Candidates Possess:

Administrative Dealership Office, Title Clerk Experience is preferred
Auto Sales experience Required
F&I experience with outside financing companies
Must be team oriented and focused on a high level of customer service
Excellent phone skills & professional etiquette
Strong Internet and Social Media skills
Good typing skills
Strong computer skills with the ability to navigate multiple screens and computer applications
Strong follow up skills
Prior payment processing experience is a plus
Prior experience working in a call center or internet sales environment is a plus
Accountable, good Follow through in completion of tasks
Very strong organizational & time management skills
Professional appearance & demeanor
Must be on time and dependable
Bilingual ability is a plus (Spanish/English)
