Child Care Center Director

Argyle, Wisconsin

We are looking for an experienced, motivated Child Care Center Director to lead the daily operations of a childcare center in Argyle, WI. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is ready to take their leadership skills to the next level and make a meaningful impact on children, families, and a teaching team.

What You'll Do

As Center Director, you will play an important role in the overall success of the center. Responsibilities include:

Oversee the daily operations of the childcare center
Lead, support, and motivate teaching staff
Build strong relationships with families and provide excellent customer service
Ensure classrooms maintain a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment
Assist with staff scheduling, coverage, and day-to-day staffing needs
Support employee onboarding, training, and professional development
Help maintain compliance with Wisconsin DCF licensing requirements
Communicate effectively with staff, families, and ownership
Address staff and parent concerns professionally and proactively
Help create a positive team culture where employees feel supported and valued
Monitor the overall quality of care and educational experiences
Take initiative to identify opportunities for improvement and growth

Has previous childcare leadership or director-level experience
Is confident making decisions and taking ownership
Has strong communication and organizational skills
Enjoys leading and developing a team
Is dependable, professional, and approachable
Can handle the challenges and fast pace of a childcare center

Is comfortable balancing staff, family, licensing, and operational needs
