Job Overview
We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Front Desk Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our hotel. In this vital role, you will manage front desk operations, provide exceptional customer service, and support administrative functions to ensure smooth daily activities. Your proactive approach and organizational skills will help create a positive environment for guests and team members alike.

Responsibilities

Greet guests warmly, ensuring they feel welcomed and attended to promptly
Answer multi-line phone systems efficiently, directing calls accurately and professionally
Work with property management system to check guests in, out, and make reservations for incoming guests including group reservations.
Maintain a clean, organized reception area while adhering to office protocols and phone etiquette standardsSkills
Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace applications
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
Exceptional customer service skills combined with professional phone communication and etiquette
Experience with multi-line phone systems, data entry, filing, and clerical tasks
Demonstrated ability to manage time efficiently while handling multiple responsibilities simultaneously
Previous experience in front desk roles a plus but not required; relevant personal assistant or administrative experience is valued highly
Additional responsbilities include assisting in Laundry, cleaning of public area's, as well supporting housekeeping team to ensure effeciency in all area's of hotel cleanliness.
