PRIMARY OBJECTIVE OF POSITION:
Archer Corporate Services is looking for a highly motivated & self-driven Account Representative to join our sales team. This is an exciting opportunity to develop innovative strategies to achieve sales goals, as well as make meaningful connections with our customers. Account Representatives develop and maintain relationships with customers or business partners and generate leads to drive sales.

Candidate must have extensive experience in the following areas:

Working with Fortune 1000 companies
Managing a book of business exceeding $1 million
Skilled in presenting to and building relationships with C-suite executives and senior leadership

RESPONSIBLITIES:

Present, promote and sell products/services to existing and prospective customers.
Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs.
Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
Reach out to customer leads through cold calling.
Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.
Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments.
Analyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales and status reports.
Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends.
Continuously improve through feedback.

QUALIFICATIONS (EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS) REQUIRED:

Self-motivated.
Experience developing, cultivating, and closing opportunities with clients.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Excellent verbal and written communications and organizational skills.
Ability to prioritize and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent customer service and client communication skills.
Attention to detail.
Five + years of related experience.
Working knowledge of ERP, Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint and others as required.

EDUCATION:

Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
