Deliverables Description:

Primarily assisting one Financial Advisor and collaborating with additional Winovich Wealth Partners as needed, the Financial Planning Assistant will manage our client documentation, meeting preparation and onboarding processes by providing excellent communication and customer service to fulfill our team mission and values.

To provide world class services to our clients by mutually developing a customized financial game plan, honoring their unique goals and needs to grow and protect their wealth, assuring peace of mind throughout life’s journey.

Qualifications:

Multi-Tasker – Highly organized with the ability to administratively manage the client lifecycle for multiple clients simultaneously while maintain quality and attention to detail
Communication Skills - Excellent oral and written communication skills to effectively interact in a professional manner
Technology– Excellent computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, etc.) and DocuSign
Critical Thinker – Work effectively as both a team member and independently while executing plans and ideas through completion honoring deadlines with limited supervision
Customer Service Focus – Anticipate both client and Financial Advisor needs
Knowledge – Active learner with interest in accounting, banking or finance (experience is a plus)

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

Provide effective and efficient oral and written communication with clients and advisors
Efficiently research client inquiries and resolve issues
Assist with client meeting preparation; follow-up with clients on related documentation and action items
Organize and input data into financial planning and retirement software (eMoney, Morningstar) for advisor’s review, interpretation and projections; Keep WealthBox database updated with current information
Update and prepare consolidated statements, balance sheets and deposit sheets
Work with multiple back-office platforms to find and complete applications, forms and documents using DocuSign
Maximize personal creativity to suggest process improvements
Be alert to opportunities for client referrals and sales
Manage Calendar and travel for Advisor

Compensation/Benefits:

Range: Up to $100,000 (Experience Dependent) + Bonus Opportunities
