Professional Cleaning Technician | Company Vehicle Provided

At Ultimate Impression, we're the trusted cleaning partner for many of the largest home builders across North and South Carolina. Our team prepares beautiful model homes and newly constructed homes to make an exceptional first impression.

We're looking for dependable, hardworking professionals who take pride in quality work and enjoy working independently. If you're detail-oriented, reliable, and want to work for a growing company that recognizes great performance, we'd love to meet you.

Available Schedules

Night Shift

Monday, Thursday, Friday
Approximately 5:00 PM – 11:00 PM/12:00 AM
6–8 hour shifts

What You'll Do

Every day is a little different as you travel to beautiful new communities throughout the Greater Charlotte area, sometimes on a team and others independently.

Responsibilities include:

Clean model homes and newly completed homes to premium presentation standards
Perform detailed post-construction cleaning, including dust removal, window cleaning, floors, kitchens, and bathrooms
Complete light maintenance tasks such as changing air filters, replacing light bulbs, and servicing fixtures using ladders
Operate equipment including pressure washers and carpet cleaning machines (training provided if needed)
Load, transport, and safely handle cleaning equipment and supplies (up to 75 lbs.)
Travel between job sites using a company vehicle
Communicate professionally with teammates, construction managers, and builder sales representatives
Work efficiently while maintaining exceptional attention to detail

What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who is dependable, motivated, and takes pride in delivering outstanding results.

Required Qualifications

3+ years of professional cleaning experience
Valid U.S. driver's license with a clean driving record
Comfortable driving throughout the Greater Raleigh area, including Durham, Franklinton, Lillington, and surrounding communities
Able to lift up to 75 pounds and perform physically active work throughout the shift
Strong communication and customer service skills
Self-starter who can work independently with minimal supervision
Reliable, punctual, and committed to high-quality work

Preferred Experience

Residential, model home, or post-construction cleaning
Pressure washing or carpet cleaning experience a plus but not mandatory
Experience working in luxury homes or client-facing environments
