We curate science-backed, results-driven products from leading names in medical aesthetics and luxury skincare, including SkinCeuticals, skinbetter science, Augustinus Bader, Epicutis, Valmont, 111SKIN, Osmosis, and other top professional brands.

Built on Shopify, Oh Beauty combines a luxury customer experience with a disciplined focus on profitable growth. As a multi-brand authorized retailer, we partner closely with leading manufacturers while helping customers discover the most effective skincare and wellness solutions available.

Position Overview

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Senior Graphic Designer to elevate the visual experience across our eCommerce business and marketing channels.

This role is responsible for creating premium, conversion-focused creative that reflects the luxury positioning of our brand and the prestige of the skincare lines we represent. You will help shape how customers experience Oh Beauty through compelling website visuals, promotional campaigns, email marketing, paid advertising, social media, and digital merchandising.

We are not looking for a developer. We are looking for an exceptional designer who can elevate the visual presentation of a luxury beauty business and create world-class creative assets that inspire confidence, build trust, and drive engagement.

The ideal candidate combines exceptional design skills with a refined eye for luxury aesthetics, typography, layout, and visual storytelling. You understand how premium brands create desire and credibility through design.

Key Responsibilities

Website & Digital Merchandising

Design homepage banners, collection page assets, category graphics, promotional landing page mockups, and merchandising experiences for OhBeauty.com.
Create visually compelling layouts that enhance the customer shopping experience and support revenue growth.
Partner with internal developers to translate design concepts into live website experiences.
Ensure all creative is optimized for desktop and mobile experiences.
Continuously identify opportunities to elevate the visual presentation of the site.

Marketing Creative

Create premium visual assets for:

Meta Ads
Google Ads
Klaviyo Email Campaigns
SMS Marketing
Affiliate Programs
Social Media
Product Launches
Seasonal Promotions

Design campaign creative that aligns with business objectives while maintaining luxury brand standards.

Brand & Visual Identity

Maintain and evolve Oh Beauty's premium visual identity across all customer touchpoints.
Develop creative concepts that communicate product efficacy, trust, luxury, and clinical credibility.
Ensure consistency across multiple skincare brands while respecting partner brand guidelines.
Help establish Oh Beauty as a leading destination for luxury skincare online.

Photography & Retouching

Professionally retouch product photography and lifestyle imagery.
Create luxury-quality compositions and graphics for digital marketing and eCommerce use.
Maintain organized creative assets, templates, and design systems.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Work closely with marketing, merchandising, and development teams to support product launches, promotions, and growth initiatives.
Contribute creative ideas that improve customer engagement and overall brand presentation.
Participate in creative reviews and campaign planning discussions.

Qualifications

Required

3+ years of professional graphic design experience.
Strong portfolio demonstrating digital design excellence.
Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
Proficiency in Figma.
Exceptional typography, layout, color, and visual storytelling skills.
Strong understanding of luxury, beauty, fashion, or premium consumer brand aesthetics.
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

Preferred

Experience in beauty, skincare, wellness, fashion, or luxury retail.
Experience designing email marketing campaigns.
Experience creating digital advertising creative for Meta and Google.
Product photography retouching experience.
Familiarity with eCommerce merchandising and customer experience design.

Complete a comprehensive creative audit of OhBeauty.com and marketing assets.
Become immersed in our product portfolio, customer base, and brand standards.
Identify opportunities to elevate the visual presentation of the business.

First 60 Days

Deliver refreshed creative assets across website, email, and paid media channels.
Improve key customer-facing visual experiences across major promotional touchpoints.
Establish efficient creative workflows and asset organization systems.

First 90 Days

Significantly elevate the visual quality and consistency of Oh Beauty's digital presence.
Develop scalable creative templates that support future growth.
Become a trusted creative partner to the marketing and merchandising teams.
Help establish a best-in-class visual experience that reflects the premium nature of our brands.

Portfolio Required

Applicants must submit a portfolio showcasing:

Website or landing page design
Digital advertising creative
Email marketing design
Luxury, beauty, skincare, fashion, or premium consumer brand work
Product photography and retouching examples (if applicable)

Compensation & Benefits

Salary Range: $65,000 – $90,000 DOE
