Job Overview

Join our dynamic event rental team as an Event Rental Assistant. In this role, you’ll play a vital backstage part in delivering flawless weddings, galas, and corporate events. This isn't your average kitchen dishwashing gig- you will be responsible for the care, quality control, and preservation of high-end, luxury event dishware, glassware, and rentals. If you thrive in the fast-paced, exciting world of event production, value teamwork, and take pride in precision, this opportunity is perfect for you!

We offer flexible scheduling (both part-time and full-time hours available) during our peak event season from April through October.

Responsibilities

Inventory Care: Carefully wash, sanitize, and polish high-end plates, glassware, and flatware to meet strict event-ready standards.
Quality Control: Inspect rental items for damage or wear during the wash process to ensure only pristine items return to circulation.
Logistics & Organization: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe dishwashing and staging area to support efficient event turnover.
Post-Event Reset: Help safely pack and organize inventory into specialized transport crates for upcoming events.

Skills & Qualifications

Event/Hospitality Mindset: Previous experience in catering, event venues, or high-volume hospitality environments is highly valued.
Attention to Detail: A sharp eye for cleanliness, details, and the careful handling of delicate or high-value rental items.
Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50+ lbs and stand or move for extended periods during peak event shifts.
Team Player: Strong communication skills and a "look ahead" attitude to support fellow team members in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
