Soundview Financial Group is seeking an experienced Financial Advisor to join our award-winning, growth-focused team. We are a multi-year Forbes Best-in-State Wealth Management Team and a Chairman’s Advisory Council practice with Ameriprise Financial, a distinction earned by the top 5% of Ameriprise practices nationwide.

This role offers a unique opportunity for an established advisor with an existing client base who wants to join a collaborative, high-performing team—with a potential path to equity ownership.

Compensation

Salary is based on a % of the assets brought to the firm, and there is no cap on salary. All terms are negotiable and the most likely salary range for candidates will be in the $200,000 - $400,000 range.

What You'll Do

Manage and grow an existing book of business.
Generate new business through referrals, networking, and relationship development.
Deliver comprehensive wealth management and financial planning services.
Collaborate with a disciplined, caring, and growth-oriented team.
Participate in ongoing training, technology adoption, and professional development.

Qualifications

Required:

Minimum 3 years of Financial Advisor experience.
Bachelor's degree.
Proven ability to develop and maintain strong client relationships.
Demonstrated success in business development and client acquisition.
Strong communication skills and impeccable ethical standards.

Preferred:

CFP®, CRPC®, APMA®, or similar professional designations.
Established client relationships that can transition to the firm.
