We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Front Desk/Porter/Shuttle Driver to join our team in Bozeman, MT. The ideal candidate will be responsible for helping Front Desk & providing safe and efficient shuttle services as well as performing porter duties to ensure a smooth and pleasant experience for our customers.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

· Assist all guests in a sincere, professional, and courteous manner, whenever possible going above and beyond the call of duty to do whatever it takes to ensure absolute guest satisfaction.

· Register and process guests promptly upon arrival and departure.

· Performs all guest accounting functions according to established hotel operating procedures to ensure all guest and house accounts are complete and accurate.

· Receives and processes telephone and walk-in reservations accurately to ensure guest satisfaction.

· Communicates with immediate supervisor promptly and accurately also provides potential solutions to any problems noticed.

· Ensures that guest issues, whether Front Desk or otherwise, are dealt with appropriately. If outside his/her bounds of authority, promptly brings the matter to the attention of hotel management.

· Shift Hours at our property are a little different! our Front Desk Shifts are 6:30am-2:30pm and 2:30pm- 10pm.

Operate shuttle vehicles safely and responsibly to transport customers to and from designated locations.
Perform porter duties including assisting customers with luggage, maintaining cleanliness of vehicles and surrounding areas, and supporting general facility needs.
Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers warmly, answering questions, and addressing concerns promptly.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Adhere to all company policies, safety regulations, and traffic laws.

Requirements

Must be at least 22 years of age.
Possess a valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
Be eligible and approved under our insurance requirements.
Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
Ability to perform porter duties as required.
Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours as needed.
