We are hiring a dependable, safety-focused Class A CDL driver for a solo OTR position supporting a Forward Air operation.
This opportunity is ideal for a professional driver who wants consistent over-the-road freight, well-maintained equipment, company-paid truck washes, and opportunities to earn additional performance and safety incentives.
Pay and Incentives
- $0.60 per dispatched mile
- 2,500 - 3,000 miles per week
- Consistent OTR freight
- Company-paid truck washes
- Up to approximately $3,600 annually in available performance and safety incentives
- Additional approved pay may apply in qualifying situations
Available Incentive Opportunities
- $50 availability incentive for remaining out three full consecutive weeks
- $100 extended-availability incentive for remaining out four full consecutive weeks or longer
- $25 truck-cleanliness incentive for each approved two-week wash period
- $50 incentive for an approved clean DOT inspection with no violations
- $50 monthly safety incentive for qualifying months
- $250 quarterly Forward Air safety bonus for completing a qualifying full quarter of safe driving
The three-week and four-week availability incentives cannot be combined for the same period.

Driver Requirements
- Valid Class A CDL
- OTR driving experience preferred
- Safe and responsible driving habits
- Ability to remain on the road for three to four weeks at a time
- Strong communication with dispatch
- Proper care of company equipment
- Ability to follow company and Forward Air procedures
- Compliance with all DOT and FMCSA regulations
- Safe record regarding speeding, following distance, handheld-device use, hours of service, lane changes and seatbelt use
