Sound Diagnostics is a locally owned, rapidly growing outpatient and mobile ultrasound clinic serving the Gallatin Valley. We are known for providing comprehensive, high-quality imaging with exceptional patient care — all while maintaining a supportive, team-oriented environment.

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Diagnostic Medical Sonographer who takes pride in producing excellent studies and values being part of a close-knit, professional team.

This position is available beginning August, 2026. We are accepting applications now and welcome early conversations with qualified candidates.

OB/GYN
Abdomen & Small Parts
Vascular
Echocardiography
Breast Ultrasound

What You’ll Do

As a Sonographer at Sound Diagnostics, you will:

Perform high-quality ultrasound examinations with strong attention to detail
Clearly explain procedures and create a calm, reassuring patient experience
Present images and preliminary findings to Radiologists, Cardiologists, Perinatologists, and referring providers
Maintain accurate patient documentation and exam records
Ensure equipment care, room preparation, and adherence to sterilization standards
Participate in Quality Assurance initiatives and exam review
Assist with workflow tasks including restocking and maintaining exam rooms

We are looking for someone with:

Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and imaging principles
The ability to independently obtain diagnostic-quality images
Excellent communication skills
Strong computer and documentation proficiency

Qualifications

Current ARDMS certification required
New graduates must be board-eligible and obtain certification within 6 months of hire
Multi-registry credentials highly valued
