Schedule: Approximately 10:00 PM – 2:00 AM & 7:00 AM – 9:00 AM, Monday – Sunday, 7 Days a Week

About Us
We are a fast-growing e-commerce company selling a wide assortment of products on Whatnot. Our inventory includes miscellaneous consumer electronics, kitchen appliances, toys, collectibles, and much more.
We are looking for a reliable, organized, and hardworking Whatnot Live Stream Assistant to work directly alongside our live shopping host during daily live streams. This is a hands-on role that combines inventory organization, live stream support, labeling sold items, and assisting the streamer throughout each broadcast.
Position Overview
The ideal candidate is dependable, works well under pressure, and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment. You will work one-on-one with our streamer during live shows, making sure products are organized, labeled correctly, and ready to be presented on stream.
One of the most important requirements for this position is having an excellent memory. You will be expected to quickly learn and remember product information, including item names, cost of goods, selling prices, and inventory locations. During live shows, the streamer will frequently rely on you for accurate information, so being able to recall details quickly without constant reminders is essential.
This position averages approximately 28–30 hours per week. Daily shifts generally fall between 10:00 PM – 2:00 AM and 7:00 AM – 9:00 AM. Exact start and end times may vary depending on our live streaming schedule. Employees will receive their work schedule after being hired.
Responsibilities
- Work directly alongside the live streamer during Whatnot live shows.
- Label sold items accurately throughout each stream.
- Retrieve and prepare upcoming products for the streamer.
- Keep products organized and ensure the correct items are presented.
- Learn and remember product information, including item names, cost of goods, selling prices, and inventory locations.
- Quickly provide pricing and product information to the streamer during live shows.
- Organize inventory before, during, and after each stream.
- Help prepare completed orders for packing after live shows.
- Keep the streaming area clean, organized, and ready for every broadcast.
- Communicate effectively with the streamer to maintain a smooth and efficient workflow.
- Assist with inventory organization, restocking, and other warehouse duties as needed.
- Perform additional tasks to help improve the efficiency of our live shopping operation.
Qualifications
- Excellent memory and the ability to quickly learn and retain information.
- Able to accurately remember item costs, selling prices, product details, and inventory locations.
- Organized and highly detail-oriented.
- Reliable and consistently arrives on time.
- Able to multitask and stay focused in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable standing and moving throughout the duration of each shift.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Previous warehouse, fulfillment, retail, inventory, or e-commerce experience is a plus but not required.
- Experience with Whatnot or live shopping is a plus but not required.
