Full Job Description

Fast paced doctor's office seeking health oriented, organized, quick learner with a positive/ motivating personality to manage the front desk area and patient flow/set-up.

The ideal candidate has/is:

excellent customer service skills
highly motivated and energetic
superior phone skills
highly organized and very detail oriented
friendly and welcoming disposition
patient and kind.
Comfortable assisting the doctor with patients within the office

Front Desk responsibilities include: greeting new patients, gathering paperwork and insurance information, processing financing information for new patients, scheduling new patients on the phone, following up with leads that come in to the office, ordering office supplies and supplements, etc.

Assistant responsibilities: Position will require assistance with patients setting them up on various therapies in the office. These hands-on patient tasks are easily learned and will be fully trained by Dr. Anderson.

Must be able to multi-task and not be easily overwhelmed.

Experience preferred, but not required. Main requirement is a motivation and desire to work hard and be rewarded for your performance.

Office hours are Mon-Thurs, 8:30am - 1:30/2:00pm, Fridays OFF. Paid holidays and paid time off may be provided with exceptional performance as determined by the doctor.

Benefits NOT offered with this position. Pay is $20-25 per hour/ DOE.
