Job Overview
We are seeking an energetic and dynamic Hotel General Manager to lead our hospitality team and ensure exceptional guest experiences. As the driving force behind daily operations, you will oversee all aspects of hotel management, from guest services and staff supervision to revenue optimization and financial oversight. Your leadership will foster a welcoming environment that promotes excellence, teamwork, and continuous improvement. This role offers a unique opportunity to shape the guest journey while managing a vibrant hospitality environment that thrives on innovation and service excellence.

Duties

Lead and supervise all hotel departments, including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance, ensuring smooth daily operations.
Develop and implement strategies to maximize revenue through effective pricing, sales initiatives, and occupancy management.
Oversee budgeting processes, financial reporting, and cost control measures to meet profitability goals.
Foster a guest-centric culture by ensuring outstanding customer service and resolving guest concerns promptly and professionally.
Manage human resources functions such as hiring, training, performance evaluations, and staff development to build a motivated team.
Maintain compliance with health, safety, and hospitality regulations while upholding high standards of cleanliness and safety.
Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and service providers to ensure quality standards are met across all hotel services.
Utilize multi-line phone systems with excellent phone etiquette to handle guest inquiries efficiently and courteously.
Oversee night audit procedures to ensure accurate financial reconciliation and reporting at the end of each day.
Promote a positive work environment that encourages teamwork, accountability, and continuous learning in hospitality management.

Skills

Proven experience in hotel management or hospitality leadership with supervising responsibilities.
Strong knowledge of revenue management strategies to optimize occupancy rates and profitability.
Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to handle guest relations professionally.
Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse clientele effectively.
Excellent leadership qualities with the ability to motivate staff and foster a collaborative team environment.
Proficiency in human resources practices including hiring, training, performance management, and conflict resolution.
Skilled in budgeting, financial analysis, and implementing cost-saving initiatives without compromising service quality.
Familiarity with front desk operations, including multi-line phone systems and night audit procedures.
Experience working in resort or hotel environments with a focus on guest services and hospitality excellence.
