Who You Are

You are someone who genuinely loves people and it shows in everything you do. You bring positive energy into the room, build real relationships with your team and your clients, and you know how to turn that connection into results.

You have management and/or sales leadership experience, preferably in a personal service environment such as a spa, salon, fitness studio, or high-end retail — massage industry experience is a plus but not required
You are a natural leader who motivates, coaches, and supports your team while holding them accountable to results
You understand that retail and membership sales are not just a job function — they are how you take care of your clients and grow the business
You can have direct, professional conversations when needed and handle challenges with poise and confidence
You create a workplace culture where people feel valued, connected, and inspired to do their best work every day

What You’ll Do

Sales & Membership Growth

Drive membership sales, retail performance, gift card sales, and service upsells across the location
Lead by example on the floor — you are an active participant in the sales culture, not just a manager of it
Set goals, track performance, and coach your team to hit and exceed targets
Identify opportunities to grow revenue and bring fresh ideas to the table

People Leadership

Build, motivate, and develop a team of therapists, aestheticians, and front desk associates who love what they do
Provide ongoing training, clear expectations, and regular performance feedback
Foster a positive, inclusive team culture where every employee feels seen and supported
Resolve team challenges quickly, fairly, and constructively

Client Experience

Ensure every client interaction reflects the warmth, professionalism, and quality Massage Envy is known for
Resolve client concerns with empathy and efficiency while maintaining a safe, therapeutic environment
Build lasting relationships with members and guests that keep them coming back

Operations

Manage day-to-day operations including inventory, deposits, scheduling, and compliance
Analyze business performance data and adjust strategies to drive continuous improvement
Support the Studio Manager in all aspects of running a high-performing location
