Responsibilities

Prepare and bake a variety of breads, pastries, and desserts with attention to detail and quality standards

Package baked goods efficiently for presentation and sale, maintaining freshness and hygiene standards
Assist in food preparation tasks including mixing, measuring, and assembling ingredients for various baked items
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the pastry station, adhering to food safety regulations at all times
Support food production processes by following recipes accurately and ensuring consistent quality

Experience

Proven pastry experience
Strong eye for detail and aesthetics
Knowledge of food handling, safety protocols, and sanitation standards within the food industry
Experience in food preparation, baking, and food production techniques
Familiarity with catering or restaurant settings is highly desirable
Prior kitchen experience demonstrating ability to work efficiently under pressure
