Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
Strong attention to detail and a passion for cooking
Willingness to learn and take direction from senior chefs
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
MUST BE AVAILABLE to work either Mornings or Afternoons.
Knowledge and experience in managing their own station in Banquets, Grill, Pantry, and Sautee stations for at least 1 year.
