We are currently hiring dependable and motivated team members for Residential Cleaning, Janitorial Cleaning, and Post-Construction Cleaning positions. Our team members play an important role in helping us deliver high-quality cleaning services to homes, businesses, and construction sites throughout the community.

Responsibilities

Team members at Integrity Cleaning Solutions, LLC are responsible for delivering high-quality cleaning services while maintaining professionalism, reliability, and attention to detail at every job site.

Perform residential, commercial, and post-construction cleaning services according to company standards
Clean and sanitize kitchens, bathrooms, dining areas, and common living spaces
Dust furniture, baseboards, window sills, vents, and other surfaces as needed
Vacuum carpets and rugs and mop or sweep hard flooring surfaces
Remove trash and maintain a clean, organized work environment at each job site
Follow Integrity Cleaning Solutions, LLC cleaning procedures and quality expectations
Safely transport cleaning equipment and supplies to and from job locations
Work efficiently while maintaining strong attention to detail
Communicate professionally with team members, supervisors, and customers when necessary
Maintain a professional appearance and represent the company in a positive manner
Attend scheduled team meetings and training sessions when required
Report any issues, damages, or concerns to management promptly
Ensure job sites are left clean, orderly, and ready for customer use

Preferred Experience & Skills

While previous cleaning experience is helpful, Integrity Cleaning Solutions, LLC is willing to train dependable individuals who demonstrate a strong work ethic, positive attitude, and alignment with our core values of Honesty, Excellence, and Exceptional Service.

Preferred experience and skills include:

Previous janitorial, custodial, or cleaning experience in residential, commercial, or post-construction environments is highly desirable
Experience in hotel housekeeping or hospitality services that demonstrates attention to detail and time management
Familiarity with professional cleaning techniques such as floor care, carpet cleaning, sanitation practices, and general facility cleaning
Knowledge of common cleaning products, equipment, and safety procedures for maintaining a safe and effective work environment
Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting, bending, reaching, and standing for extended periods throughout the workday
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow cleaning procedures and quality standards

Minimum Job Requirements

Applicants must meet the following requirements to be considered for employment with Integrity Cleaning Solutions, LLC:

Must be 18 years of age or older
Must have reliable daily transportation to travel to assigned job locations throughout the River Region area
Must present proof of a valid driver's license and current automobile insurance at the first interview for review
Must successfully pass a nationwide criminal background check
Must successfully pass a pre-employment drug screening
Must be able to lift and carry up to 25 pounds when necessary
Must be able to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform physical tasks for extended periods of time
Must be able to follow company procedures and maintain high standards of cleanliness and professionalism
Must demonstrate reliability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic
Residential Cleaning and Post Construction must be available from 8:30am to 3:00pm
Janitorial Late afternoon & early evening
