Full Job Description

Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Full Charge Bookkeeper to join our team. In this vital role, you will oversee all aspects of the company’s accounting functions, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency across financial operations. Your expertise will help maintain the integrity of our financial data and support strategic decision-making. This position offers an exciting opportunity to apply your comprehensive accounting knowledge in a fast-paced environment that values precision and proactive problem-solving.

Duties

Manage the full cycle of bookkeeping activities, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger entries.
Perform monthly bank reconciliations, balance sheet reconciliations, and account analysis to ensure accuracy and completeness.
Prepare and review journal entries
Maintain and update financial software system such as QuickBooks for seamless data entry and reporting.
Conduct detailed account analysis to identify discrepancies, resolve issues promptly, and ensure data integrity across all financial records.
Prepare financial statements, reports, and summaries for management review while maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information.
Assist with audits by providing documentation and explanations related to financial transactions and account balances.
Maintain Spreedsheets as needed

Skills

Extensive experience with accounting software such as Online QuickBooks,
Knowledge of technical accounting concepts including journal entries, double-entry bookkeeping, debits & credits, and general ledger reconciliation.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite with advanced Excel skills for data analysis and spreadsheet management.
Ability to handle confidential information discreetly while demonstrating excellent numeracy skills and attention to detail.
Experience working within public accounting firms or corporate accounting departments is highly desirable.
Strong organizational skills combined with customer service orientation to effectively manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
