Full Job Description

Montgomery Men's Clinic, powered by MensPro Health, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Clinic Manager to lead daily operations at our specialty men’s health clinic in Montgomery. This role is ideal for a proactive, performance-driven leader with a passion for patient-centered care and operational excellence. Our clinic provides advanced treatments in testosterone replacement therapy (TRT), erectile dysfunction (ED), weight management, and comprehensive men’s wellness services.

Key Responsibilities

Revenue & Performance Management

Own the overall financial performance of the clinic, with direct responsibility for revenue growth, profitability, and achievement of established sales goals and KPIs.
Drive and monitor key performance metrics including patient conversion, retention, service utilization, and revenue targets, using data to identify gaps and implement improvement strategies.

Clinic Operations

Direct and oversee daily clinic operations to ensure efficient, compliant, and high-quality performance.
Establish and refine workflows to maintain smooth clinic functioning.

Team Leadership

Recruit, onboard, train, and supervise both clinical and administrative staff.
Foster a positive, accountable, and collaborative team culture with a strong focus on patient outcomes.

Patient Experience

Champion a superior patient experience by maintaining a warm, professional, and patient-focused environment.
Address patient concerns promptly to ensure high satisfaction and retention.

Compliance & Quality Assurance

Ensure full compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, and all federal and state regulatory standards.
Implement and maintain internal quality control processes.

Scheduling & Workflow Management

Manage staff and provider schedules to optimize productivity and reduce patient wait times.
Oversee daily patient flow to ensure a seamless visit experience.

Inventory & Supplies

Maintain appropriate levels of medical and office supplies.
Manage vendor relationships and oversee purchasing and inventory control.

Marketing & Outreach

Support local marketing initiatives and community outreach efforts to grow the clinic’s presence.
Collaborate with leadership to promote men’s health services and increase patient volume.

Qualifications

College degree preferred but not required.
3–5 years of healthcare or clinic management experience, ideally in men’s health, urology, endocrinology, wellness, or related specialties.
Strong leadership, team-building, and communication skills.
Proficiency with EMR/EHR systems (e.g., Athenahealth, eClinicalWorks).
Demonstrated ability to achieve operational, financial, and performance goals.
Familiarity with TRT and men’s wellness services is a strong plus.
Must be able to work on-site in Montgomery, AL.

Strong commitment to customer service and patient engagement.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth clinical environment.
Ability to understand and interpret financial, operational, and performance metrics.
Experience collaborating with medical providers and supporting clinical teams.
