Navensproductions Ventures is seeking an experienced and innovative Senior UX Designer to join our growing team in Montgomery, AL. This is an exciting opportunity for a design leader who is passionate about creating intuitive digital experiences, driving user-centered design strategies, and mentoring fellow designers.
As a Senior UX Designer, you'll lead the end-to-end user experience process, working closely with product managers, developers, researchers, and business stakeholders to create engaging, accessible, and impactful digital products. You'll help shape product strategy through research, collaboration, and thoughtful design solutions that improve customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the UX design process from discovery and research through implementation.
- Conduct user research, stakeholder interviews, and usability testing.
- Develop user personas, customer journey maps, user flows, wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
- Collaborate with Product Managers, Developers, UI Designers, and business stakeholders to define product requirements.
- Translate complex business goals into intuitive, user-centered digital experiences.
- Lead design workshops, brainstorming sessions, and design reviews.
- Mentor and support junior UX designers by providing guidance, coaching, and constructive feedback.
- Maintain and evolve the company's design system to ensure consistency across products.
- Advocate for accessibility, usability, and inclusive design best practices.
- Analyze user behavior, research findings, and product metrics to guide design improvements.
- Present design concepts and strategic recommendations to leadership and stakeholders.
- Stay current with UX trends, emerging technologies, and industry best practices.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in UX Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Graphic Design, Computer Science, Psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional UX design experience.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design processes and successful digital products.
- Advanced proficiency with Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar design software.
- Extensive experience with information architecture, interaction design, wireframing, and prototyping.
- Strong understanding of responsive design principles and accessibility standards.
- Experience leading UX projects from concept through product launch.
- Excellent communication, leadership, presentation, and collaboration skills.
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail.
- Experience working within Agile or Scrum development environments.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience designing SaaS platforms, enterprise software, or complex digital products.
- Experience creating and maintaining design systems.
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and front-end development concepts.
- Experience using analytics and user behavior tools to support design decisions.
- Knowledge of WCAG accessibility standards.
- Previous experience mentoring UX designers or leading design initiatives.
- Experience working with cross-functional and distributed teams.

Work Schedule
