Position Summary
The HR Talent Acquisition Manager will lead and execute talent acquisition strategies designed to attract, hire, and retain top-tier talent across the organization. This role oversees the full recruitment lifecycle, manages recruiting operations, collaborates with leadership on workforce planning, and supports employee retention initiatives.
The ideal candidate is a proactive leader with strong recruiting expertise, exceptional communication skills, and a passion for building high-performing teams in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition Strategy
- Develop and implement innovative recruiting strategies aligned with company growth goals
- Build pipelines of qualified candidates for current and future staffing needs
- Promote Three Folds Care, Inc. as an employer of choice
Full Recruitment Lifecycle Management
- Manage job postings, sourcing, resume screening, interviews, offers, and onboarding
- Ensure efficient and timely hiring processes
- Partner with hiring managers throughout the recruitment process
Workforce Planning
- Collaborate with department leaders to forecast staffing needs
- Maintain staffing levels to support operational goals
Candidate Experience
- Deliver a positive and professional candidate experience
- Maintain timely communication and feedback throughout the hiring process
- Represent company culture and values during recruitment activities
Team Leadership
- Lead, mentor, and support recruiting team members
- Monitor recruiter performance metrics and productivity
- Foster continuous improvement within the recruitment team
Retention Management
- Partner with HR leadership to support retention initiatives
- Help maintain quarterly retention and replacement hiring goals
- Identify hiring trends and recommend solutions to reduce turnover
Recruitment Metrics & Reporting
- Track and analyze recruitment KPIs including:
- Time-to-hire
- Cost-per-hire
- Retention rates
- Hiring goal attainment
- Use data to improve recruiting effectiveness and efficiency
Diversity & Inclusion
- Support equitable and inclusive hiring practices
- Develop outreach initiatives to increase diverse candidate representation
Compliance
- Ensure all hiring practices comply with employment laws and company policies
Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
Experience
- 3–5 years of talent acquisition or recruiting experience
- Minimum 2 years of leadership or management experience
- Proven success managing high-volume recruitment efforts and meeting hiring goals
Skills & Competencies
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Experience implementing diversity recruiting strategies
- Strong relationship-building and organizational skills
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Meet or exceed monthly hiring target of 15 new employees
- Support quarterly retention and replacement hiring goals
- Improve recruitment efficiency metrics
- Strengthen diversity and inclusion recruitment efforts

Work Environment
This is a full-time, in-office position based in Montgomery, Alabama. Occasional travel may be required for recruitment events, conferences, training, and partner visits.

Pay: $48,500.00 - $55,000.00 per year
