Experienced Skilled Nursing Marketers WantedThis is NOT an entry-level marketing position.

Huntsville Health Care Center is seeking an experienced Skilled Nursing Facility Marketing Director to lead census growth in one of the most competitive healthcare markets in Texas.

We are looking for a proven SNF marketer who already understands the post-acute landscape, has established relationships with referral sources, and knows what it takes to consistently grow admissions.

Previous Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) marketing or admissions experience is REQUIRED.

If your background is primarily retail, hospitality, general sales, or traditional marketing, this position is not the right fit.

This opportunity is designed for someone who thrives on being in the community—not behind a desk. The majority of your time will be spent meeting with hospitals, physicians, case managers, discharge planners, and community partners to develop referral relationships that directly impact census.

What You'll Do

This is a high-energy, field-driven business development role focused on building census through strong referral relationships.

You'll spend the majority of your time:

Building relationships with hospitals, physicians, discharge planners, case managers, LTACHs, home health agencies, hospice providers, and community organizations
Calling on referral sources daily to generate skilled nursing admissions
Managing referrals from initial inquiry through admission
Following up on pending referrals and insurance authorizations
Coordinating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure smooth resident transitions
Representing Huntsville Health Care Center throughout the community
Developing new referral partnerships while strengthening existing ones
Monitoring referral trends and implementing strategies to increase occupancy
Serving as a trusted resource for healthcare professionals throughout your territory

Who We're Looking ForRequired

✔ Previous Skilled Nursing Facility Marketing or Admissions experience

✔ Demonstrated success increasing census in a Skilled Nursing Facility

✔ Strong understanding of Medicare, managed care, insurance authorizations, and hospital discharge processes

✔ Experience developing referral relationships with hospitals and physicians

✔ Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

✔ Self-motivated professional who requires little supervision

✔ Valid driver's license with reliable transportation
