▨ Position Title : IT System Operation Engineer

▨ General Responsibilities :
1. Network Infrastructure Management: Configure, monitor, and maintain network
devices including firewalls, VPNs, switches, wifi controller and routers to ensure a stable
network environment.
2. Server Operations and Management: Install, configure, patch, and optimize server
systems such as MS Entra ID and Exchange Server.
3. Data Backup and Recovery: Operate data backup systems, conduct periodic backup
tests, and implement disaster recovery (DR) plans
4. Endpoint Security Management: Deploy and manage endpoint protection solutions to
safeguard systems against internal and external threats
5. Infrastructure Performance Monitoring: Monitor server, network, and storage
performance, promptly addressing and resolving issues
6. Security Policy Compliance: Adhere to company security policies, conducting
vulnerability assessments and implementing improvements for infrastructure
7. Documentation and Reporting: Document infrastructure configurations, changes, and
incident reports, collaborating with relevant teams for reporting

▨ Qualifications
- BS/BA in Computer Science/Information Systems
- Experience working in a manufacturing environment
- At least 5 years of experience with maintaining, troubleshooting, and supporting relevant technology
environments
- Hands on experience with Windows Server or higher and Exchange (Active Directory and
- Group Policy of Server, Configurations of Exchange)
- Virtualization technologies (VMware preferred)
- Proficient with the use of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point)
- Basic understanding of TCP/IP networking, and related network services (i.e. DNS, SMTP,
- DHCP, etc)
- Basic understanding of Active Directory concepts and administration
- Knowledge of Cisco network devices and EMC storage devices
- Ability to support a variety of WiFi-enabled devices such as bar-code scanners
- Ability to analyze information and evaluating results to choose the best solution and solve problems
- Ability to clearly communicate technical concepts to non-technical people
- Ability to thrive in a fast paced, high volume production environment

9. Perform regular IT and OT security assessments and vulnerability analyses
10. Apply security patches and updates to protect systems from potential threats
11. Stay updated on the latest security threats and technologies

▨ Position Title : Quality Assurance Specialist
▨* Compensation : *TBA
▨ General Responsibilities :
1. Report issues found in process, tracking system, describing steps to recreate the issue
2. Develop and maintain KPI (Key Performance Indicators) and support data collection systems.
3. Create, maintain, and follow all related paperwork/ERP system for each unit during the process such as
Quality Investigation Report, NCM (Nonconformance Minutes), NCR (Nonconformance Report), Eagle Eye, Weekly Performance Report, etc.
4. Organize and participate in technical meetings such as DRM, customer audits, etc. and to attend all
audits and inspections with customer representatives.
5. Prepare daily QA/QC report regarding inspections, material, nonconformance, etc.
6. Prepare weekly surveillance reports, nonconformance reports and verification of corrective actions.
7. Ensure that all works are carried out as per the approved method statements and drawings.
8. Assist / coordinate the preparation of the final handing over documents such as NCR, NCM, and other QM activities such as TFT, Quality meetings documents, QIR reports etc.
9. Assist / coordinate equipment calibration process.
10. Manage the quality Task Force Team as it is instructed by quality manager.
11. Conduct required training to other dept.’s regarding the QA process.
12. Coordinate training plan and monitor its effectiveness.
13. Monitor and measure Quality objective and KPIs.
14. Work closely with engineers, shop supervisors, sales and purchasing team and other employees and departments within the company.
15. Domestic or international travel upon necessity.
16. Flexibility in working hours includes nights, weekends and holidays upon necessity.
17. Overtime upon necessity.
18. Other core competencies will be defined by your direct supervisor/manager.
▨ Qualifications
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel and Outlook).
- Ability to read and understand blueprints.
- Well organized, with a strong emphasis on attention to details.
- Outstanding verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills to interact with team members, senior support personnel, high level personnel and customers.
- Regularly required to sit, stand, walk, bend, and lift objects of up to 50 lbs.
- Decent troubleshooting and creative problem solving skills.
- Ability to adapt to change in direction quickly.
