Associate Client Manager Overview:
ebbo is seeking a results-oriented Associate Client Manager who will support our client services team in managing and growing client accounts. This role partners closely with senior account leadership and cross-functional teams to deliver strong client experiences, support strategic initiatives, and drive account performance. The ideal candidate is organized, analytical, and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Responsibilities of Associate Client Manager:
- Support the management of assigned client accounts and maintain strong client relationships
- Collaborate with marketing, operations, finance, product, and business development teams to execute client strategies
- Prepare and present client reports, performance updates, and strategic recommendations
- Analyze account performance and identify opportunities for growth and optimization
- Coordinate marketing and promotional materials, including digital and client-facing assets
- Resolve client and operational issues through effective communication and problem-solving
- Manage multiple projects and priorities while meeting deadlines
- Assist with process improvements and internal operational initiatives
- Use AI and automation tools to streamline reporting, enhance client insights, and improve operational efficiency
- Travel as needed for client meetings and business support
Skills of Associate Client Manager:
- 2–3 years of experience in client management, account management, or related fields
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Strong organizational, analytical, and multitasking skills
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication abilities
- Ability to work effectively across teams and build strong client relationships
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Familiarity with AI productivity tools and the ability to leverage technology to improve efficiency and client outcomes
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and detail-oriented
- Ability to manage changing priorities in a fast-paced environment

The base salary for this position is $60,000-$65,000. Where an employee or prospective employee is paid within this range will depend on, among other factors, actual ranges for current/former employees in the position, market considerations, budgetary considerations, tenure, and standing with the company (applicable to current employees), as well as the employee’s/applicant’s skill set, pertinent experience, and qualifications.
