About BetterBridge Interventions
BetterBridge Interventions is seeking compassionate, dependable, and motivated EIDBI Level I Treatment Providers to join our growing team in Monticello, Minnesota.
Our providers work directly with children and young people with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and related conditions, delivering individualized, evidence-based developmental and behavioral intervention in the child's home and community environment.

Position Overview
The EIDBI Level I Treatment Provider provides direct, one-to-one intervention services under the direction, supervision, and clinical guidance of BetterBridge Interventions' qualified clinical team.
The ideal candidate is patient, reliable, attentive to detail, and comfortable working in a family-centered, in-home environment. Experience in autism services, ABA, special education, developmental disabilities, behavioral health, or other direct-care settings is highly valued.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide individualized, one-to-one EIDBI intervention services in clients' homes and, when appropriate, community settings.
- Implement treatment strategies and intervention activities according to each client's individualized treatment plan.
- Support the development of communication, social, behavioral, adaptive, play, and daily living skills.
- Follow clinical direction provided by the Qualified Supervising Professional (QSP) and other authorized clinical staff.
- Accurately collect and record data related to client progress and treatment activities.
- Complete required session documentation in a timely, accurate, and professional manner.
- Maintain consistent implementation of treatment procedures across sessions.
- Establish positive and professional relationships with clients and their families.
- Promote client dignity, safety, independence, and participation throughout services.
- Communicate observations, concerns, and client progress to the supervising clinical team.
- Participate in required staff training, supervision, meetings, and professional development.
- Follow BetterBridge Interventions' policies and procedures, including requirements related to confidentiality, documentation, professional conduct, and mandated reporting.
- Maintain professional boundaries while working within clients' homes and family environments.

Preferred Experience
The following experience is preferred but not required:
- EIDBI experience
- ABA or behavioral intervention experience
- Experience working with children with autism or related developmental conditions
- Special education experience
- Experience as a paraprofessional, PCA, DSP, community health worker, or similar direct-care professional
- Experience working with children in educational, therapeutic, healthcare, or community settings
Candidates who are new to EIDBI but have strong experience working with children are encouraged to apply. Training and clinical support will be provided consistent with the requirements of the position and applicable Minnesota EIDBI standards.
Minimum Requirements
- Must meet applicable Minnesota EIDBI Level I Treatment Provider qualification requirements.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Must successfully complete all required agency and EIDBI training.
- Must complete the required Minnesota DHS background study through NETStudy 2.0 and receive an eligible or applicable set-aside determination before providing direct EIDBI services.
- Must maintain all required qualifications and training throughout employment.
- Must be able to provide services reliably in clients' homes in and around the Monticello area.
- Reliable transportation is strongly preferred due to the in-home nature of the position.
Minnesota DHS currently requires employees who provide direct-contact EIDBI services to have a DHS background study. Individuals may provide direct services only after the required study is complete and results in an eligible or set-aside determination.
Available Shifts
We are currently hiring providers who can consistently work one or both of the following schedules:
Day Shift
9:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Evening Shift
4:00 PM – 8:00 PM
Schedules may vary based on individual client needs, treatment authorizations, and provider availability.

Compensation
$30.00–$35.00 per hour
Starting compensation will be determined based on relevant education, experience, EIDBI/ABA experience, qualifications, and overall fit for the position.
