Lead the Culinary Team as Director of Culinary at Summit Pointe Senior Living

What You’ll Do

As the Director of Culinary, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our residents enjoy delicious and nutritious meals. Typical work wee is Monday-Friday and as needed nights and weekends to ensure a successful team. Your responsibilities will include:

Overseeing daily kitchen operations and ensuring high-quality food preparation.
Leading and managing a team of culinary staff to maintain excellence in service.
Developing menus that meet the dietary needs and preferences of our residents.
Ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.
Managing inventory, ordering supplies, and controlling food costs.
Collaborating with other departments to enhance the overall dining experience.

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking a dedicated and skilled individual who brings both culinary expertise and strong leadership abilities to the table. To succeed in this role, you’ll need:

At least 1 year of experience in a culinary leadership role.
The ability to lift up to 50 lbs as part of your duties.
A passion for creating high-quality meals and a commitment to excellence.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
A collaborative mindset and a genuine desire to enhance the lives of others.
