Data Entry Clerk – School Meal Distribution

Pay: $18.50 per hour
Schedule: 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM, subject to change based on operational needs

Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to support our school meal distribution operations. This position is responsible for accurately maintaining Excel worksheets used for Meal Labels, Transportation Records, and Production Summaries for meals distributed to charter schools, districts, retail, etc.

The ideal candidate is organized, comfortable working with Microsoft Excel, and able to maintain accuracy while completing daily tasks and meeting deadlines.

Responsibilities

· Enter and maintain data in Microsoft Excel worksheets.

· Prepare and update daily Meal Label worksheets.

· Maintain Transportation Records for school meal deliveries.

· Enter and update daily Production Summary information.

· Review meal counts, delivery information, and other records for accuracy.

· Identify missing, incorrect, or inconsistent information and communicate discrepancies to the appropriate team member.

· Organize and maintain electronic files and daily records.

· Work with production and transportation staff to obtain necessary information.

· Complete daily data-entry responsibilities accurately and on time.

· Assist with other administrative duties as needed.

Qualifications

· High school diploma or equivalent.

· Previous data entry, administrative, or clerical experience preferred.

· Experience with Microsoft Excel required.

· Comfortable working with multiple Excel worksheets and files.

· Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

· Good organizational and time-management skills.

· Ability to work independently and follow established procedures.

· Reliable and able to meet daily deadlines.

· Experience in food production, school nutrition, transportation, or distribution is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.50 per hour
