COMPENSATION

$18.00 – $32.00 / hr

▸ Experience setting up, operating, and troubleshooting CNC machines

▸ Ability to read blueprints and use precision measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, depth gauges)

▸ Comfort with CNC program basics — monitoring feed, speed, and making offset adjustments

▸ Attention to detail and pride in quality work

▸ Team-player attitude and a commitment to safety

▸ High school diploma or GED; manufacturing degree or 3+ years of experience a plus
