Position Summary
The Regional Sales Associate (RSA) plays a pivotal role in driving regional sales performance through proactive lead management, virtual customer engagement, and seamless coordination across the sales team. This role is designed for a highly motivated, sales-oriented professional who not only executes within an established framework but also evaluates processes, identifies opportunities for improvement, and contributes to the ongoing development of the role itself.

The RSA will manage customer interactions primarily through virtual channels, confidently guiding prospects through the sales journey, handling objections, and delivering tailored solutions. Success in this role requires strong communication skills, accountability to reach sales goals, and the ability to balance multiple priorities while maintaining a high standard of organization and follow-through.

Responsibilities:

Proactively manage, qualify, and nurture leads through consistent outreach and follow-up. Deliver a strong virtual sales experience by building rapport, confidently presenting solutions, and handling objections.
Coordinate and support regional sales meetings and related activities
Maintain accurate CRM records, track sales activity, and manage pipeline responsibilities with strong organization and time management.
Serve as a primary virtual contact for customer inquiries, oversee order processing, and ensure a seamless, customer-centric post-sale experience through timely follow-up.
Collaborate with Regional Leadership and Territory Managers while identifying opportunities to improve processes and contribute to building and evolving the role.
Maintain strong product knowledge and stay informed on market trends, competitor activity, and customer insights.
Provide occasional in-person support in high-opportunity areas and assist with regional events.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field is an asset.
Experience in sales, inside sales, or customer-facing roles in medical / dental / healthcare industry
Proven ability to engage customers and sell effectively in a virtual environment.
Strong communication skills, with confidence in presenting and handling objections.
Highly organized with excellent time management and follow-up discipline.
Experience using CRM platforms (e.g., Zoho or similar systems).
Tech-savvy with proficiency in virtual communication and scheduling tools.
Team-oriented mindset with the ability to support and collaborate across functions.
Dental industry knowledge is considered an asset.
