TaskMelon.com is a SaaS-based Compliance Management System designed specifically to help healthcare and home care organizations simplify the process of managing employee compliance.

Healthcare organizations often manage hundreds or thousands of employee records containing licenses, certifications, trainings, background checks, health documentation, and other required credentials. TaskMelon provides a centralized system for tracking these requirements and giving compliance teams clear visibility into the compliance status of their workforce.

Instead of relying primarily on spreadsheets, calendars, emails, and manual tracking, TaskMelon allows compliance professionals to manage employee requirements through one organized platform.

How TaskMelon Supports Compliance Teams

TaskMelon enables organizations to:

Maintain centralized employee compliance records.
Track required documents, licenses, certifications, trainings, and other compliance requirements.
Quickly identify missing, incomplete, expired, and soon-to-expire items.
Monitor the overall compliance status of active employees.
Track employee-specific requirements based on position and organizational requirements.
Monitor onboarding requirements for new employees.
Keep records current as employees submit new or renewed documentation.
Identify employees who require follow-up before their compliance requirements become an issue.

We are seeking an experienced Compliance Manager to oversee employee compliance within a healthcare or home care organization. This role is responsible for maintaining accurate compliance records, monitoring licenses and certifications, tracking document expirations, and ensuring field staff remain compliant with organizational and regulatory requirements.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable using SaaS-based compliance management software to monitor employee compliance levels and manage large volumes of employee records.

Key Responsibilities

Monitor compliance records for active healthcare and field employees.
Track licenses, certifications, trainings, background checks, health documentation, and other required credentials.
Identify missing, expired, and upcoming expiration items.
Notify and follow up with field employees regarding required documentation and renewals.
Review submitted documents and maintain accurate employee records within the compliance system.
Monitor employee compliance levels and escalate unresolved issues when necessary.
Maintain accurate records of trainings, certifications, bonuses, licenses, and other employee requirements.
Support onboarding and ensure employees meet compliance requirements before becoming active.
Work with Operations, HR, Recruiting, and Clinical teams to resolve compliance issues.
Utilize compliance technology and SaaS platforms to improve tracking, visibility, and overall compliance management.

Qualifications

3+ years of healthcare, home care, credentialing, HR compliance, or related experience.
Experience managing compliance for healthcare employees strongly preferred.
Hands-on experience using compliance management software or other SaaS platforms required/preferred.
Strong understanding of employee documentation and credentialing requirements.
Multi-state regulatory compliance experience is highly desirable.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and follow-up skills.
Ability to manage multiple employees, requirements, and expiration dates simultaneously.

Pay: $85,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
