Kitchen Team Member — EGGDOSE, Winter Garden

We’re building the best breakfast brand in America. Now we’re hiring the people who’ll get us there.

The Essentials

Pay: $18-$19/hour, based on experience
Schedule: Daytime only, 8:00 AM to 3:30 PM
Type: Full-time & part-time
Location: EGGDOSE, Winter Garden, FL — New location opening in July 2026
Must have: Morning availability (here by around 7:00 AM) and weekend availability

EGGDOSE is on a mission to become the best breakfast spot in the country. We started in Florida in 2024, we’re already three locations in, and we’re just getting started. We obsess over the details: the highest-quality ingredients, fresh produce, and elevated cooking methods, all served fast, with hospitality that makes someone’s morning. Our goal is simple: change the way people feel about breakfast, with top quality and real speed at the same time.

The Role

You’re at the center of the EGGDOSE kitchen. One minute you’re preparing perfectly soft-scrambled eggs; the next you’re working the grill, fryer, or burner while keeping every plate consistent and moving orders quickly. It’s fast, precise, and hands-on. You’ll be trained on every cooking method, station, and procedure required to meet EGGDOSE standards.

What you’ll do:

Follow all EGGDOSE recipes, cooking methods, portions, and food-preparation procedures
Cook steak, ham, turkey, and other proteins on the grill to the correct temperature and standard
Prepare our signature soft-scrambled eggs with consistent texture, temperature, and presentation
Cook fried eggs on the burner according to each guest’s order
Operate the fryer safely and consistently for potatoes, maple sticks, and other menu items
Prepare, portion, and organize ingredients before and during service
Build and style our egg sandwiches, bowls, and breakfast plates to EGGDOSE standards
Maintain speed and accuracy while handling multiple orders during high-volume rushes
Check food quality, freshness, temperature, and presentation before every order leaves the kitchen

Keep your station exceptionally clean, stocked, labeled, and organized at all times
Follow food-safety, sanitation, allergen, and cross-contamination procedures
Handle opening, closing, restocking, dishes, prep, and inventory responsibilities
Communicate clearly with the front-of-house team and keep service moving during the rush
