Overview
Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Housekeeping Supervisor, where your leadership and expertise will elevate the cleanliness and comfort of our guest accommodations. In this energetic role, you will oversee daily housekeeping operations, ensure high standards of cleanliness, and motivate your team to deliver exceptional service. Your proactive approach will help create a welcoming environment that guests remember and appreciate. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to lead in a fast-paced, service-oriented setting dedicated to hospitality excellence.

Duties

Supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping activities across all guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces to ensure top-tier cleanliness and presentation
Train, mentor, and motivate housekeeping staff to uphold standards of cleaning, safety, and guest satisfaction
Conduct regular inspections of rooms and facilities to verify adherence to cleanliness protocols and quality standards
Manage inventory levels of cleaning supplies, linens, and equipment; place orders as needed to maintain smooth operations
Implement efficient cleaning schedules and workflows to maximize productivity while maintaining high quality standards
Address guest requests or concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring a positive experience for all visitors
Enforce safety procedures related to cleaning chemicals, equipment use, and workplace safety regulations

Skills

Proven experience in hotel housekeeping management or custodial roles with a focus on team supervision
Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, floor care, industrial cleaning methods, and janitorial best practices
Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop staff in a fast-paced environment
Familiarity with hospitality industry standards and guest service expectations
Ability to manage inventory efficiently and prioritize tasks effectively
Exceptional attention to detail combined with strong organizational skills
Effective communication skills for training staff and interacting with guests
