You’re Not Looking for Another Marketing Job.
Oklahoma City, OK | Competitive Salary | Full-Time | In-Person
You’re looking for the opportunity to build something people remember.
You believe marketing isn’t about making posts.
It’s about creating momentum.
It’s about telling stories that inspire people to join a movement, creating a brand that communities trust, and building a company that talented people actively seek out.
You understand that great marketing must be backed by data.
You don’t just launch campaigns.
You track them.
You test them.
You improve them.
At Big Inc., we’re building one of the fastest-growing FedEx Ground organizations in North America.
Today, we’re approaching $35 million in annual revenue.
Our vision is to surpass $100 million within the next two years.
That growth won’t happen through advertising alone.
It will happen by building an employer brand that attracts exceptional people before they ever need a job.
It will happen by creating a recruiting engine that never runs dry.
It will happen by strengthening our culture from the inside out.
It will happen by turning employees into brand ambassadors.
It will happen by using data to understand what works, what doesn’t, and where our next opportunity exists.
We’re looking for someone who can take the marketing foundation we’ve built and multiply its impact by ten.
This isn’t a position for someone who simply enjoys marketing.
It’s for someone who wants to build one of the strongest, most measurable employer brands in America.
About Big Inc.
We are an independent FedEx Ground contractor operating under the trusted brands:
Big Red
Big Green
Big Blue
Big Smokey
Kronus Logistics
Our mission is simple:
We Relentlessly Deliver Excellence through Safety, Precision, and Integrity.
Every impact we deliver creates trust.
Every employee we hire creates opportunity.
Every relationship we build strengthens our future.
As we continue expanding across multiple states, we’re looking for someone who believes marketing can become one of our greatest competitive advantages.
Someone who understands that external marketing brings people to the company, while internal marketing gives them a reason to believe in it, stay with it, and represent it.
The Role
We’re seeking an ambitious, creative, data-driven Growth Marketing Strategist to own the future of our employer brand and recruiting marketing.
This role combines storytelling, recruiting strategy, brand development, data analytics, internal communication, community engagement, content creation, and growth marketing into one mission:
Make Big Inc. the company everyone wants to work for.
You’ll work directly alongside executive leadership to build a recruiting engine that attracts exceptional teammates, strengthens employee engagement, improves retention, and expands our reputation in every market we serve.
You’ll own both sides of the brand:
External Marketing: How candidates, communities, partners, and future markets see Big Inc.
Internal Marketing: How employees experience, understand, and represent Big Inc.
You’ll build campaigns, dashboards, reporting systems, and growth strategies that turn marketing activity into measurable business outcomes.
If you enjoy creating momentum instead of simply maintaining marketing, you’ll love this role.
Your Mission
Build a world-class employer brand that clearly communicates who Big Inc. is, what we believe, and why exceptional people choose to build careers here.
Create a sustainable recruiting engine that generates qualified applicants year-round through organic marketing, paid campaigns, referrals, community partnerships, email, SMS, social media, and strategic outreach.
Take our existing marketing strategy and increase its effectiveness through precision messaging, compelling storytelling, A/B testing, performance tracking, and continuous optimization.
Strengthen our internal culture through employee communication, recognition, referral campaigns, testimonials, leadership messaging, and brand ambassador programs.
Support Big Inc.’s growth from $35 million to $100 million by helping leadership understand where growth opportunities exist, which markets have the strongest pipelines, and how marketing can support expansion.
Marketing should not operate separately from the business.
Marketing should help drive the business.

Driver testimonials and employee stories become one of our strongest recruiting assets.
Internal marketing improves communication, engagement, referrals, and employee pride.
Big Inc. becomes recognized as an employer of choice throughout our markets.
