General Description:

MaGrann Associates is an innovative leader in energy efficiency engineering and green building consulting. We are headquartered in Mount Laurel, NJ, with offices in Washington, DC, New York City, and Connecticut and operations throughout the Northeast region.

This full-time IT Support Analyst role is an entry-level opportunity for someone starting their career and interested in technology, business systems, automation, and problem-solving. In this role, you will provide day-to-day support for employees, assist with business applications and reporting, help maintain IT systems, and participate in projects that improve business processes and efficiency.

You'll work closely with team members across operations, sales, and management to understand their needs, troubleshoot technical issues, and support technology solutions. This is primarily an in-office position, providing hands-on support to employees and company technology systems at our Mount Laurel office. You'll also have the opportunity to learn and work with tools such as Monday.com, Make.com, AI-powered business tools, reporting platforms, and system integrations.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys learning new technologies, solving problems, helping others, and wants to grow their skills in IT support, business systems, automation, and software development.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide technical support for end users, including troubleshooting hardware, software, account, and application issues.
Assist with user account administration, permissions and security management, and system configuration.
Provide hands-on, in-office support for computers, peripherals, conference room technology, and employee technology needs.
Research and evaluate emerging technologies, including artificial intelligence tools, to improve efficiency and productivity.
Assist with API-based integrations and data exchange between business systems.
Support and maintain business applications, including Monday.com, Deltek Vantagepoint, Azure, SharePoint and other operational tools.
Help identify opportunities to improve business processes through automation and technology solutions.
Assist with building and maintaining workflows and automations using tools such as Make.com and Power Automate.
Document processes, procedures, and support activities.
Collaborate with team members on IT projects, software enhancements, and technology initiatives.

Qualifications & Skills Required:

Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent hands-on experience).
Strong interest in IT support, business systems, technology, and process improvement.
Basic knowledge of at least one programming or scripting language, such as Python, SQL, Java, or C#.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to learn new technologies quickly and work independently or as part of a team.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Qualifications & Skills Preferred:

Interest in business process automation.
Interest and exposure in Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies and their business applications.
Interest and exposure in APIs, system integrations, and how data moves between applications.
Interest in cybersecurity principles, user access management, and protecting business systems and data
Exposure to databases through coursework, projects, or internships.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies or project management concepts.
Familiarity with Git or other version control tools through school, personal, or professional projects.
