Job Overview

We are seeking a professional and bilingual Dental Manager / Receptionist fluent in Russian and English to join our dynamic dental team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong background in dental administrative support, and a passion for delivering outstanding patient service. In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for patients, manage appointment scheduling, handle medical/dental records, Insurance billing and ensure smooth clinic operations while maintaining strict confidentiality and compliance with healthcare regulations.

Office hours:

Tuesday and Friday 11am to 7pm

Wednesday and Thursday 10am to 6 pm

Responsibilities

Greet patients warmly in both Russian and English, providing exceptional customer service at the front desk.
Schedule appointments accurately using Dental Management Software
Verify patient insurance information, process payments, and assist with dental billing and collections.
Manage patient records by updating, filing, and reviewing documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance with health information management policies.
Answer phone calls professionally, address inquiries promptly, and coordinate appointment reminders via phone or electronic communication.
Maintain clinic organization by managing medical records, filing documents, and performing administrative tasks such as data entry and typing with high accuracy.
Support clinical staff by preparing necessary documentation for procedures, assisting with care plans, and ensuring adherence to clinical confidentiality policies.
Demonstrate knowledge of dental insurance procedures.
Insurance Billing ( must have prior experience)
Must be able to stay extra hours as need it.

Experience

Minimum 5 years Prior experience working as a Manager/Dental receptionist is required.
Strong knowledge of dental terminology, dental insurance processes.
Proven ability to handle collection procedures effectively while maintaining excellent customer service skills.
Clinic experience in dental settings combined with bilingual proficiency in Russian and English will be considered an advantage for this role.
